Three legal contact routes

Legal contact should stay separate from routine account help, so we keep clear routes for terms, privacy, cookies, access, and wallet record questions.

Legal chat Open the in-account chat and choose Legal so we can connect your question with the right account record. Share your account email, the date, and the exact term or data point you want checked.
Email record Write to [email protected] from the email on your account when you need a written reply. Include your full name, account handle, payment reference if relevant, and the request you want us to assess.
Access request If you cannot log in, use the account access form and mark the reason as Legal. We may verify identity before discussing records, changing details, or confirming whether access is allowed where you are.
